UK & Ireland
UK and Irish buyers can (sometimes) be direct but often use coded language. British GTM is subtle. Consultative, but not in your face. Supposedly flat hierarchies are often surprisingly top-down.

What's special about UK&I?
UK and Irish buyers are generally open and friendly, but hate hard selling. In a strange sense, the harder it looks like you are trying to sell something, the less likely the typical Brit is to buy.
It is generally easier to book meetings than elsewhere in Europe, but rejection is incredibly hard to read, and so deals can drift easily. The phrase "that's not too bad" can mean a) that is fantastic, or b) that is complete rubbish. Context and being able to read the cultural nuance are absolutely critical for accurate forecasting.
